Raad Meets Jumblat, Believes there Are No Cabinet Obstacles
Hizbullah MP Mohammed Raad said following talks with Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblat on Tuesday night that he believed there are no obstacles hindering the cabinet formation process.
"We didn”t discuss the government obstacles. We haven”t been informed about any obstacles. That”s why we call for the quick formation of the cabinet," said Raad, who visited Jumblat in Clemenceau on the head of a Hizbullah delegation.
In his turn, Jumblat said that all parties have agreed on cabinet formation based on the rules set by Premier-designate Saad Hariri.
He added that the formation was delayed as a result of misinterpretation of his latest stances. "Cabinet should be formed to consolidate consensus."
