President Suleiman for the Return of Political Contacts as an Exit Out of Stagnation
President Michel Suleiman expressed hope in finding a leeway to overcome the political stagnation in the country as the cabinet formation process dominated the majority of his meetings in Baabda Tuesday.
Suleiman found in "appeasing the tone political statements an exit out of the stagnation that is prevailing as well as a gateway for the return of the (political) contacts."
Among Suleiman”s visitors were Labor Minister Mohammed Fneish, former ministers Karim Pakradouni and Wiam Wahhab in addition to Vatican Ambassador to Kuwait, Patriarch Munjid al-Hashem.
