“صورة وكلمة”: ولادة مصطلح “الحرب الباردة”

16 نيسان 1947: المسؤول الاقتصادي الاميركي بيرنارد باروش يستخدم مصطلح “الحرب الباردة” للمرة الاولى لوصف العلاقة بين الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد السوفياتي. حيث قال في خطاب: ” Let us not be deceived: we are today in the midst of a cold war”.
