اندلعت في 15 تشرين الأول 2011 احتجاجات عالمية في إطار سلسلة من الاحتجاجات مستوحاة من الربيع العربي، الثورة الآيسلندية، “الجيل المكافح” البرتغالية، الإسبانية “Indignants”، والاحتجاجات اليونانية وحركة “احتلوا” وانطلقت تحت شعار “متحدون للتغيير العالمي”، وعمد الكثير من التجمعات إلى إضافة شعار “متحدون للديمقراطية العالمي”.
October 15th: Global protests break out in 120 cities in 48 countries, in 2011.
The 15 October 2011 global protests were part of a series of protests inspired by the Arab Spring, the Icelandic Revolution, the Portuguese “Geração à Rasca”, the Spanish “Indignants”, the Greek Protests and the Occupy movement and launched under the slogan “United for #GlobalChange”, to which the slogan “United for Global Democracy” was added by many people’s assemblies.
