أشارت أوساط قيادية في “الكتائب” لـ”السفير” الى ان “النواب الكتائبيين سيشاركون في جلسة مجلس النواب، والحزب لن يكون سلبيا ولن يشكل عقبة أمام إقرار التمديد، والتوجه المبدئي هو للتصويت معه، أولا لاننا نرفض إجراء الانتخابات على اساس قانون الستين، وثانيا لانه لا يمكن إجراء الانتخابات خلال وقت قصير في الظروف الحالية”.
وأوضحت الاوساط ان “المدة النهائية للتمديد ستتحدد تبعا لنتائج الاتصالات السياسية المستمرة”.

To finish my comment: go with the moukhtalat because it’s the best we can do now and it already has a majority if kataeb vote for it. If not, then kataeb are delusional and out of touch making decisions for a perfect outcome in a far-from-perfect situation.
