واكد كرم ان المؤامرة تستمر على مجتمعات المنطقة كافةً، لضربها ببعضها البعض ولِشرذمتها ولِتفريقها كي تبقى خاضعةً لِأنظمة ديكتاتورية قمعيّة حكمتها وتحكّمت بمصيرها على مدى سنوات طِوال وتحاول الآن من خلال إشاعة الخوف والتّفرقة والتعصّب وإبقاء سطوتها على حساب شعوب المنطقة التي تحاول التحرّر وتحاول الوقوف لكرامتها رفضاً للخضوع.
ولفت الى ان الأنظمة البائدة المجرمة التي أخضعت شعوب المنطقة تحاول الآن بالحيلة والكذب إخضاع من لم يخضع يوماً، وهم المسيحيّون المشرقيّون أصحاب تاريخ من النّضالات والحريّات والإنفتاح وتاريخ من رفض الإنعزال والتقوقع والخوف، فمسيحيّو هذا الشرق أصحاب تاريخ مجيد بعيداً كلّ البعد عن ما يحاول الآن بعض الأفرقاء السّياسييّن التبعييّن لنظام بشار الأسد فرضه عليهم. إنّ المؤامرات التي تُحاك ضدّ شعوب المنطقة كبيرة جداً, ولكن ما يُحاك من نظريّات مجرمة, ضدّ المسيحييّن هو الأخطر, لأنّ هكذا نظريّات ستضع المسيحيين خط دفاع عن أنظمة ديكتاتوريّة قمعيّة, كنظام الأسد, خط دفاع بوجه التحرّر والتمدّن والتّطور والحضارة”.
واكد “إنّ آخر ما طالعونا به بهذا الخصوص هو ما صدر ملتبساً وعن غير حق بإسم اللّقاء الأرثوذكسيّ الذين طالبوا القادة الروحييّن والأقطاب المسيحييّن بالتحرّك السريع لوضع خطة منهجية تُوفّر الحماية للمسيحيين وكأني أقرأ بين سطور ما كتبوه بأنّهم يُطالبون بخطة منهجية للدفاع عن نظام الأسد فإستندوا إلى أحداثٍ لم تحدث في معلولا ولكنّ نظام بشار الأسد يتمنّى أن تحدث علّها تدفع عنه إندفاع العالم لإزاحته ولإنقاذ الشعب السوري من جرائمه الكيماوية”.
وختم كرم: “إنّني أريد أن اوضح أنّ الخطر الوجوديّ على المسيحييّن في المنطقة لم يتأتّ يوماً إلاّ بسبب هذه الأنظمة التي وضعت الخطوط الحمر بين المجتمعات والأحرار وبين المدنيين والمفكرين. إنّ المسيحيين لن يكونوا بأمانٍ إلاّ عندما تسقط هذه الأنظمة لتستطيع مجتمعات المنطقة الإنفتاح على بعضها البعض لتتفاعل مع بعضها البعض وليستطيع المسيحيين أن يلعبوا الدور الذي طالبتهم به الكنيسة والعقيدة المسيحية وهو دور السلام ونشر المحبة والتلاقي, وعدم الخوف والإنعزال دورٌ يستطيع المسيحي من خلاله أخذ دوره الريادي بنشر ذهنية الإزدهار والحضارة والتطور. “إنّ وجود مسيحيّي الشرق هو من وجود الأحرار وليس من وجود الديكتاتوريين”.

The way I see it the Christian Leaders in Lebanon from Al-Kataeb and Lebanese Forces
were wrong all the way from day one. They should have sided with Assad.
If the Baath Party in Iraq and Syria Unite there won’t be any Christian in Lebanon,
Syria, Lebanon and Jordan.

Once we believed that Aoun was a puppet for Iran and the Syrian regime, which is true, to a certain point, but with the passage of time it was revealed that Mr. Geagea and his entourage of insignificant wanna-be politicians, are even worse. It is very obvious that Geagea is on the Saudi paycheck, but at least, let him save face and keep some dignity. He made the most stupid decision by turning against the Orthodox electoral law and, it became clear, recently, that the Saudis threw him the carrot of the presidency, and Mr. Geagea took the bate although when his LF joined the Hariri cabinet, they were given a couple of trivial ministries such as that of culture. And, now we could see him and his croonies, such as the silly MP Karam, at every occasion, jumping-off to the defence of the Wahabi Saudi regime and its Salafi henchmen, although reports and testimonies assure the atrocities committed against Christians, starting with abducting and murdering Christian clergymen and innocents and ending, recently, with attacking Malooula. Alas, what a disappointment you are.
