بعد الجدل الذي اثير اثر الاعلان عن الورقة النقدية من فئة الـ50 الف الجديدة حيث اثيرت انتقادات جمّة لتصميم والوان وحتى الخطأ المطبعي الذي تضمنته، اوضح حاكم مصرف لبنان المركزي رياض سلامة ان كلمة الـIndependance التي كتبت على ورقة الـ 50 ألف ليرة الجديدة كتبت بشكل صحيح في مصرف لبنان لكن الخطأ جاء من المطبعة.
واوضح انه قرر عدم اعادة طبع ورقة الـ 50 ألف ليرة الجديدة والخطأ المطبعي عليها مع عدم سحب الورقة الخاطئة المطبوعة سلفاً.

i do not believe him, it is the central bank fault.
Why the faulty bills will will not be withdrawn.In fact if it was the printer press fault, they will correct their mistake and reprint all the bills.
Plus, the central bank have a quality control system that track the entire bill design and manufacturing process. The bills should have been controlled at the printer factory before delivery.
He should have take the responsibility of this and take an action.
Sadly the incompetence has crept to the once prestigious central bank.

Someone should be responsible for such a huge mistake , and if it not the central bank mistake wich I don’t believe because even if they wrote it right they should check a sample before printing the whole order it’s a simple thing you do when you print something. Someone has to pay for that mistake and it’s a shame to keep it in the market

its not like they’re printing at doculand…its a monetary printing press, a hefty procedure…all we need to do is not use it…that way it’ll never get into circulation..and it’ll upset whatever plans they had for it
