This employee should be fired on the spot. Doesn’t he know that there are accommodations to disabled people. The guys is truly ignorant and cruel . If the MEA does not do anything about it , myself I will never fly MEA …..
Walla 3eib! This is a very sad story that shows the level of ignorance and discrimination on the part of a lot of Lebanese who claim themselves to be “educated.” Ironically, I just flew in today from Japan to the USA. There were around 8 handicapped passengers on that flight and nobody was accompanying any of them. The boarding process started by the handlers pushing the wheel-chairs of these handicapped people into the plane. These folks, mostly elderly people, were appreciated by the law and the by-laws of the airline as being more important and precious than Business/First Class passengers who paid a hefty sum of money for their privileged seats.
The problem in this incident does not reside with an employee, who is by no doubt a stupid and arrogant person, it expands to a company that does not possess a decent and respectful culture, to a population that lost almost all of its dignity and fear of God.
