انتشر يوم الثلثاء فيديو عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لمدرّس يتعرض بضرب وحشي وشديد لمجموعة من التلاميذ الذي يبكون بكاء شديدا. وتبين ان الاستاذ يدعى م. ض. والحادثة جرت في مدرسة “المقصاد” بالزهران.
ومساءً، قررت جمعية المقاصد، صرف الاستاذ بسبب ضربه للتلامذة، واتخاذ صفة الادعاء الشخصي في حق هذا الاستاذ.
وجاء في بيان للجمعية: “تناولت بعد ظهر الثلثاء وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي فيلما مصورا يظهر أحد معلمي مدرسة مقاصدية في محافظة الجنوب. وتبلغ رئيس الجمعية والمشرف على ادارة الشؤون التربوية في الجمعية بالأمر، وعقدا اجتماعا سريعا بحضورهما والمسؤولين التربويين والنقابيين والقانونيين في الجمعية، للاطلاع على مضمون الفيديو، وآلمهم منظر تلامذتنا المقاصديين وهم يضربون على أرجلهم، وقرروا بنتجة الاجتماع:
أولا: اقفال مدرسة المقاصد الأربعاء استنكار لتصرف المعلم المقاصدي بحق تلامذته.
ثانيا: صرف المعلم من الخدمة استنادا لأحكام المادة 26 من قانون 16 حزيران 1956.
ثالثا: اتخاذ صفة الادعاء الشخصي بحق المعلم الذي أساء لكرامة التلامذة المقاصديين.
رابعا: قيام رئيس الجمعية على رأس وفد تربوي ونقابي وقانوني بزيارة المدرسة غدا لمتابعة التحقيق.

Nice one Abou Roro. Where were the laws and the students’ dignity when we were kids. I was still in school in the 80’s and 90’s. We used to get beaten by priests as if we were in Guantánamo prison. Eh wallah kel 2atle kenna nekela gher chekel. I think this teacher should lay on his back in a public place, and let his students give him a nice “falak”. I guess it will be the best punishment for his barbarism.
